First Session June 23

Ten Broeck Farm is pleased to introduce a series of Saturday morning sessions designed to introduce young equine enthusiasts (ages 6-8) to horses and their care.

Sessions run from 8:30 a.m. – noon; perfect timing for parents to enjoy a few hours to relax, shop, run errands, or stay and watch. This is an ideal way to get started with riding…so many kids love horses and ask to ride, we’ll provide an excellent foundation to help you determine if you want to take the next step to a lesson program.

Students will be exposed to a professional training facility, learn about day to day care, barn management, health & wellness, proper handling, safety issues & spend valuable time in the saddle with lunge line lessons. Sessions will be held rain or shine thanks to our fantastic indoor arena and viewing room.

Sessions also include fun and games with an educational twist to reinforce good horsemanship. Students should bring a snack and wear proper attire. Specifics will be addressed with registration.

Sessions are set to begin in June and space is limited.
$45 per student per session is due in advance, cash or check.
Multiple sessions are encouraged; curriculum will vary session to session.
